Pepco is a fast-growing, pan-European discount variety retailer. We now serve over 36 million customers a month, offering clothing for the whole family, as well as household goods and toys, all at the lowest prices. After over 20 years of continuous growth, we currently employ over 32,000 people across 18 countries in Europe and operate a network of over 4,000 stores.

Stores are the heart of our activity. In each of the more than 4000 of them, a well-coordinated team works, whose daily tasks include preparing the store for opening, serving customers and the cash desk, stocking goods and caring for its attractive display.
Pepco offices are located throughout Europe, with the main office of the company situated in Poznań, Poland. There, employees prepare the commercial offer, handle logistics, design communication strategies, and develop the IT infrastructure for 18 markets in Europe.
